How the SUPPORT PROCESS TO YOUR CLIENTS works

Krika Concierge is the first line of support. Your clients can contact us 24/7 using a dedicated toll-free number, SMS, or email. Within 30 minutes our team members will assist your clients with troubleshooting, device reboots, and workarounds. Using Domotz* remote supervision installed at every site as an essential tool for analyzing the system as well as all information, installation layout, and special instructions you’ll provide us, we will sort out all common issues.

When the problem is not solvable by our team, we will inform the client that someone from the second line of support will call them back as fast as mentioned in their support plan. If you want, we can also remind them the terms and conditions they agreed, the price of an onsite intervention if the issue needs it, and upsell them with a faster plan.

*We will handle any remote supervision platform like ihiji, Krika mini, OVRC, Parkedge.

PRICING MODEL: KRIKA CONCIERGE WILL CHARGE YOU FOR TWO DIFFERENT SERVICEs & A COMMISSION FEE

- Reactive: Our team members check the system following a client call.
- Proactive: Our team will be recipients of all alerts from the remote supervision system and check it at least once a day. If a device disappears from the network or locks up, then, and following your instruction, we can get the initiative to remotely reboot it or call your client to check with them.
- We’ll also charge you a small fixed commission fee on the price you will charge your client for onsite support each time we transfer you a second line of support.

Note 1: There is a minimal chargeable of $499 per month for a mix of Reactive & Proactive plan.
Note 2: Reactive and Proactive service include free subscription and special members discount on the Domotz box.

We can provide you with marketing material, help you create your new terms & conditions, maintenance, and monthly plan. With all things written in black and white, your clients will have clear view of your price, know what they can expect from you, and you will be certain to get paid each time you have to roll the truck.
